good variety electric kettle
the breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the staff kept it well-stocked. the room had an electric kettle and a selection of teas, which i appreciated.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes, especially during peak hours..

broken shower multiple room changes
the room was super clean, a very positive aspect.
the shower was broken, and i had to pack and move to another room. this shower also did not work. i repacked again and moved to a third room. surely a shower is checked daily!!!

helpful staff stocked tea city attractions
i found the staff to be helpful, especially with local directions! the room included a well-stocked tea and coffee station, which i certainly appreciated. the hotel is situated close to the city's attractions, easily accessible by foot.
The room i had faced a busy street, and i experienced some noise during the night. Earplugs might be useful.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, from pastries to hot dishes. I was able to start my day with a satisfying meal. the on-site restaurant served excellent meals, including vegetarian options.

the reception staff was courteous and addressed all my questions promptly. housekeeping kept my room super clean and well-organized throughout my stay. i was grateful for the efficient service, but the wi-fi was slow.

loose light faulty tv
a loose light fitting existed on the wall in the bedroom. the tv did not function at all. reception staff said on two nights they would send someone, but no one looked.
